Shipping Policy

Allow us 3 to 7 days to process and manufacture, where necessary. Orders typically take between 2 to 7 business days to arrive, but may arrive earlier depending on location. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking label to update you once shipping label has been created. 

We primarily ship our products using UPS but this may vary based on the most cost-effective method.  All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Refund Policy

We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Our ultimate goal is to make our customers happy with our products. However, if you need to return an order, we're happy to assist you. Please contact us at info@pariaromas.com and we will discuss the next step. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All sale or discontinued items are final sale and cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packing. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
